MIM supporters take out protest rally in Nalgonda, Suryapet

Nalgonda: Under the aegis of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, Muslim youth took out a bike rally holding black flags and wearing black badges, demanding reconstruction of Babri Masjid, in Nalgonda, on Wednesday.

Muslim youth participated in the rally in large number, which was taken out from Collector office to Police headquarters, through Miryalaguda road, Prakasham Bazar, and Clock Tower Centre. They also submitted a memorandum to Collector and Superintendent of Police, on their demand.

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen district president Ahamed Khaleem said some forces demolished Babri Masjid at Ayodhya on December 6, 1992 in violation of Court order. It hurt the sentiments of Muslims in the country. Moreover, the act of some vested interested forces provoked Muslims and tried to spoil the communal harmony in India.

Stating that it’s been 25 years since Babri Masjid was demolished, he urged the Centre to take up measures for reconstruction of Babri Masjid at the same place and respect the sentiments of 30 crore Muslims in the country. In Suryapet, Muslims took out a rally and staged demonstration to mark demolition of Babri Masjid.
