Nature Park for Nirmal residents soon

Nirmal: Endowments and Housing Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy said that a nature park would be created on a sprawling 150 acres of landscape on the outskirts of Nirmal to offer recreation to denizens of the town. He laid foundation stone to a monkey conservation and rehabilitation centre to be established in Chincholi (B) village in Sarangapur mandal on Monday. Estimated cost of the centre is Rs 3.27 crore.

Speaking on the occasion, Indrakaran Reddy opined that staying healthy was important for everyone. In order to protect health of residents of Nirmal, the nature park was proposed at a place locally known as Gandi Ramanna on the outskirts of the town. Since the park is situated at a stone’s through away distance to Nirmal, it is beneficial to denizens in many ways.  

Several recreational activities including a 3 km long walking track, children’s park, sufficient drinking water sources, and vet care centre for animals, would be created in the monkey conservation and rehabilitation centre. He suggested the authorities concerned to ensure quality while executing the works of the facility. Nirmal District Forest Officer Damodar Reddy, municipal chairperson Appala Ganesh Chakravarthy and many other officials Nirmal Agriculture market yard chairman Devender Reddy were present.
